Moving from concept and engineering design to field implementation within a specified time frame can be a major challenge. TSI achieves this goal by first preparing a preliminary engineering and basic data package from which a more precise implementation cost estimate and schedule can be prepared. This information can then be used by the client to make reasonable implementation commitments to the regulators and budgeting forecasts to its management.
